1. Call to Order

5. Public Hearing: Proposed Main Street Shopping Center Development
Project Overview
The Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on a proposed commercial development consisting of a new shopping center located on Main Street. The proposal includes multiple retail units, associated parking, vehicular access points, pedestrian circulation elements, and supporting infrastructure improvements.

6. Public Hearing: Main Street Roadside Park Expansion
